Avoid SimpleLogin emails going to spam

SimpleLogin NEVER sends spam. In addition, no one can spoof SimpleLogin emails thanks to SPF, Dkim and Dmarc protection.

However some email providers mistakenly put SimpleLogin emails into Spam or Junk folder ☹️. To mark SimpleLogin as safe senders, please follow these short tutorials. For information, emails coming from SimpleLogin are sent either via simplelogin.io or simplelogin.co domain.

And please, please do NOT put SimpleLogin emails into Spam ☠️!

Instead, if an alias is too spammy, please disable it on SimpleLogin dashboard.


Gmail

Create a rule marking all emails from @simplelogin.co or @simplelogin.io domains as safe. The from rule used in the screencast is the following:

            @simplelogin.co OR @simplelogin.io
          

Outlook/Hotmail

Add simplelogin.co and simplelogin.io to safe senders. Please note that the change in Outlook/Hotmail is not immediate. In our test, it takes up to 6 hours ⌛️ for the change be effective.


Proton Mail

Create a rule marking all emails that end with @simplelogin.co or @simplelogin.io domains as safe.
